The Mariner Apartments Project Description

The Mariner Apartments community sits along the shore of Lake Michigan and the South Shore Line of the Oak Leaf Trail. This project includes 221 apartment homes, a lounge & outdoor pool, state-of-the-art clubhouse with full gourmet kitchen and a fitness center. The Mariner has studio, one, two, and three-bedroom floor plans in a variety of layouts. Several homes have beautiful lakefront views and lofts, and all apartments feature amenities such as private entrances, in-unit laundry facilities, patio or balconies, granite counter tops, designer flooring and window treatments. Attached & detached garages are also available for residents.
