CMA is providing construction management services for The Flats at 402, a new 54-unit affordable housing development in the city of Madison, WI off of Wilson St. This development began construction February 2023.

CMA proved to be an excellent partner in this project. Your staff and crew were easy to work with and extremely responsive. The quality of workmanship was extraordinary and you were true to your word in helping us to keep our timeline and our budget.
