Providence Pointe Project Description

CMA is providing construction management services for the re-development of the former 226-unit “Taft Homes” site in Peoria, IL into 142 new construction units of affordable housing known as Providence Pointe. Demolition and construction will be phased over two years, and construction is scheduled to be fully completed by March 2024.

CMA proved to be an excellent partner in this project. Your staff and crew were easy to work with and extremely responsive. The quality of workmanship was extraordinary and you were true to your word in helping us to keep our timeline and our budget.
