Market Square Apartments Project Description

Market Square Apartments, with a total of 329 luxury apartments across 16 buildings, was constructed in 2 phases. In phase 1, 14 – 2-story buildings totaling 280 units were built, along with a clubhouse with fitness center, outdoor pool, playground, dog park and attached/detached garages. Two additional 25 unit buildings were constructed in phase 2. Market Square includes studio, one, two and three bedroom homes in a wide variety of floor plans and finishes. All units feature granite countertops, in-unit laundry and patio/balcony options.
