Eva Manor Apartments Project Description

Eva Manor senior apartments and Eva Manor townhomes are affordable apartment developments located in the Village of Pleasant Prairie. The townhome development has eight 3-bedroom townhome-style units, targeted toward workforce housing. The senior apartment development offers 42 units in one 4-story building consisting of independent senior housing. The 42-unit, senior building offers one and two bedroom units, a community room, fitness center and detached garages.
