700 Lofts is the historic remodel of an existing office building in Downtown Milwaukee into 49 affordable and market-rate loft apartments. This property features exposed brick walls, tall, open ceilings, spacious floor plans and modern appliances. 700 Lofts has a combination of one, two and three-bedroom units with appliances, on-site laundry facilities and underground parking. These apartments also meet the Wisconsin Green Built Home standard, so utility bills are less.
